Windows XP's Help & Support Option

When I want to open my help & Support page from the start
menu it simply will not display, it just does nothing.


Any Know Why?

Try the steps in the following article:

Go to Start / Search / Files and Folders and search for helpctr.exe.
Double-click on helpctr.exe and see if it works.
