Windows XP's built in compression utility

I am tired of WinZip--really I am tired of the excuses our network admin
gives for not ponying up the relatively small buckos it would cost to get a
licensed copy of Winzip when they sign PO's for thousands of dollars worth
of CRM & "eProcurement" software--but I am tired of answering the nag screen
every time I open a Zip file. So I've decided that I want to go back and
try XP's built-in compression software. Any ideas on how to 'go back'?

Thanks!

Start | Run. Type in:
regsrvr32 %windir%\system32\zipfldr.dll
Click ok

You may also want to try out QuickZip. It is a completely free archive
utility that handles more files types that WinZip and XP zip folders.
