Windows XPHome shut down v-e-e-e-ry slow

Windows XPHome shut down v-e-e-e-ry slow, when Turn Off PC. This
appears after windows reinstalling (include reinstalling SP2). Stay
blue screen with standard messages, but all is extremelly slow -
abnormal.
