On the phone with Microsoft last night, I reloaded our
Windows XP Professional. Now, I need to retrieve our
programs and files. How do I do that?

I don't know what you mean by reloaded. If you did a repair install
everything should still be there. If you did a format and clean install
everything is gone. If this is the case, you will have to reinstall all your
programs. All other data is lost.

As Steve said, if you did a repair installation, everything should still be
there. If you wound up doing a new install, without formatting, you'll have
to reinstall your applications, and your data should still be in the
original folders.
