Why does yours, you mean? My xp runs very fast.
System specs?
When does it run slow?
When did it start?
Have you checked for spyware, adware, trojans, virus?

Because there is something wrong with your system. Give us a few details and
maybe we will be able to offer some suggestions. For example, describe your
computer specifications (speed, size of RAM, etc.), what programs you are
running in the background, how full is your HD, etc..

By the way, all upper case is hard to read and in NG forums is considered
yelling.

Because you are taking some serious drugs that affect your preception
of time?
Because you've installed every virus and piece of spyware out there?

Maybe if you supplied some nore information sucgh as your system specs
