I was installing a printer and was not able to install due the
drivers. The print installation wizard kept asking me for a cd from
Windows to finish installation. Can you give me any hints to go around
this. I am so new to this so a hand would be great. I have the XP on
this pc so the program was already on for win.xp.

Did you get any software ( disc ) and /or manual/instructions with the
printer ?

replies then get fragmented across different groups.

And a tip - in a group dedicated to Windows XP PLEASE do not use a subject
line of just "Windows XP". We all KNOW your post is about XP otherwise you
wouldn't be here.
