Windows XP

I bought a IBM laptop, which was suppose to have Windows XP Professional
loaded on it. Then I was instructed to do a F11 Product Full Recovery which
now I get the Tour for the XP. I can find windows XP by going through start
but do not understand why it does not seem completely set-up. I would also
like to know how the icon for the XP on my desktop. Thanks,

What in the world are you trying to say?
If English is not your native language, repost and someone will try to
direct you to a language group in which you may be able to communicate what
it is you are actually trying to ask (or state).
