Windows Xp

I bought a power spec pc (www.powerspec.com) it came with Xp on it, it also has the certificate and cd key on the computer case. I want to reformat my computer do I have to buy Win Xp or should the people I bought it from cover that?

If you did not get a Windows XP CD, contact the vendor in which you
purchased the system. If they supplied a CD Key, I would think they would
have provided you with Windows XP CD.
