Greetings,

Older versions of Messenger are no longer able to sign in. The easiest solution would be to
install the latest version of MSN Messenger from here:

I am having the same problem. Whenever I get a reply it says to download MSN
Messenger. I don't want to use MSN Messenger I want to use Windows
Messenger. I already have MSN Messenger up and running, and need to be able
to get to remote access but can't get Windows Messenger to run because it
says the service is not compatible with this version of the program. How did
you fix the problem? LJJ
