Windows xp Will not sut down??

MY windows Xp will not shut down..

I have to go to LOG OFF and then shut down to shut my pc
down.


Can Anyone help Me.?????
 
Boot into safe mode and see if you can shut down properly. If you can, use
msconfig to troubleshoot the issue:
