windows xp will not load - Help

I'm using a ASUS P4P800 Delux motherboard, Windows xp
comes up with various stop messages, when trying to set up
for first time.
 
What messages? What version of XP? Is there another OS on the computer? Are
you trying a clean install or an upgrade?
 
Well, personally I've seen several issues with P4P800 boards not detecting
the memory timings right, check them with your memory manufacturer and see
if they are properly configured in the BIOS. To test if it might be memory
issues run memtest, available from www.memtest86.com
