Ctrl + alt + del brings up the top portion of Task
Manager Performance tab immediately. Access to other tabs
under Task Manager are not accessible. Esc or alt + F4
closes the display and returns to the desktop.
Top portion of the Performance tab is the CPU Usage (with
graph) and CPU Usage History (also with graph). Nothing
above or below this is presented. Other access methods to
bring up Task Manager do the same as above.
WinXP Pro, all updates applied, clean virus check.
