Windows XP Tablet and Web server

I am designing a web site on my Tablet PC using Frontpage 2003. I want to
publish the site on my Tablet for evaluation/practice.

My questions:
1. Is it possible to do that with Windows XP Tablet edition? If so, what
steps do I take to publish it?
2. How do I know if Frontpage Server Extensions are installed on my Tablet?

Any suggestions would be sincerely appreciated.
