windows xp system 32 svc.exe file

I have had this file corrupted by a trojan horse. I cannot
seem to repair or properly delete the file using norton's
antivirus suggestions. I do not have a back up file.

Please advise.

Try to perform a emergency repair for the windows xp to recover missing
files
