Hi-

Ever since I installed one of Microsoft's patches,
Windows XP starting going to a blue "start-up" page,
where I have to click my name in order for XP to finish
the bootup to get to my desktop. Since I'm the only
user, when I turn the comptuer on, I want it to fully
boot up to the desktop without going to that "start-up"
page where I have to click my name. How do I get rid of
that start-up page?

Thanks,
Steve

One update for XP installs a new user ASP.NET user (????). Download and use
XP Powertoys TwekUI. In Logon, you can turn that account off from the log
on screen.

1. Start, Run
2. Type control userpasswords2
3. Untick option to 'Users must enter a username and password to use
this computer'
4. Click ok
