Windows XP SP3 Group Policy Settings

Hi

Cold somebody please advise how to turn on and off particular features in
SP3 via Group Policy, and where to get the group policy settings files from
for the DC's

for instance, i dont want to use firewall, and building XP from a SP3 source
files, i would want to turn firewall off in Group Policy.
