Windows XP SP2 Trusted Applications

Is anybody know: Trusted Applications is based on PATH+FILENAME or also by HASH of the application (like in GPO) ?
 
I think you are really speaking more of the Framework
security model than of anything specific to SP2. There
are four main kinds of evidence, of which you mentioned
two.
