WinXP firewall/filters in a Active Directory environment

Hi,

I would like to firewall most of our clients using this setup:
I want to control this by applying it through a Computer GPO.

1. Enable the default firewall in Windows XP (only trust ip's that
clients have initiated)
2. Firewall most known ports (e.g. kazaa and such)
3. The clients should still be completely open to a list of trusted servers.

Can this be possible? I know I might have to also use IPSec.
If anybody could point me to a tutorial I would be very grateful.

I am surprised to get no answer here, are NOBODY interested in this
area? Do I have to buy a 3rd party software to get this working?

Im looking into Kerio Personal Firewall (
http://www.kerio.com/us/kpf_home.html ). Any experiences with software
like this would greatly be appreciated if posted here.
