ID10T_error (love that BTW), I had the same problem with a country station.
Turned out it was a local channel who's radio signal was interferring with
my computer.

John A Wolf (thanks <g>, it seems the majority of my
computer problems are stupid errors I myself have made by
playing in the registry by "getting to know my PC" , and
I wonder why MicrosoftT hasn't come up with an Idiot
proof OS haaaaaaaa )... so it resolved itself Mr John A
Wolf ?... I am now thinking it could be as theres a radio
tower quite close by ...or did you do anything specific
to mend it that i might try,, btw how annoying was that
for you,,,ewwww country music even ..did you play it in
reverse just to see if it all came back?
