Windows XP slows to start after uninstall SP2

Finger Dance

I had C0000135 blue screen updating my XP with SP2. After
uninstall SP2, XP starts very slowly. I noticed HTTP
service failed to start though http.sys is in the system32
\drivers folder. Start HTTP service using "net start"
yields System Error 127.

Does any have any idea why? Is there anyway for me to
reinstall these files or figure out dependecies?
