Windows XP shuts down after startup

Hi all,
Just last night this all started.
I turned my computer off and then turned in on again. It
started up fine. Then, about 1 min after it started up,
the computer shuts down and turns off. Now my computer
does this every time I turn it on, accept when I restart
in safe mode. I have no idea why, so any help would be
great.

It sounds like a hardware conflict. Check Device Manager to see if there
are conflicting IRQ's. If not, restart is Safe Mode and look for duplicate
devices. Remove ALL that have duplicates. When you restart the computer,
Windows will re-install them....(hopefully). lol
