Windows Xp setup Freeze

Hi, I would like to reinstall Win Xp Pro, but when reboot my computer with
the cd inserted it just freezes on the blue screen and doesnt start loading
files.
Any Idea's on how to fix this?
 
Are you booting from the CD?
Is it first in computer BIOS boot order?
Is this Blue screen the reason you are reinstalling?
