Windows XP Services not starting?

Recently, my PC has been booting up alot slower than usual.
And not everything loads or starts. My audio or networking would not start up. I go into Windows services and start up Windows Audio and DHCP client and my sound and internet work. I have to do this every time I start my computer. I have no idea why it would start to do this. I am lost. I have run Spybot S&D, Adaware, ran a Virus scan through Zone Alarm Security Suite and it all came up fine.
Bootup goes as this
I log into my username and stuff starts to load
It then seems as the PC just sits there
If you hit ALT CTRL DEL, you can see the processes running but the username for whos running them is blank for all of them.
If I try to play any music or try to connect to net services, it will not work until I start up Windows Audio and DHCP Client services and I fear there may be others that I need but dont start up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
