Windows XP Service Pack update

Hello.

After I installed the service pack 2 from the updates
page on Microsoft, my "Related Links" tab on internet
explorer is no longer available. Does anyone know why??
I haven't taken it off and I went to the tabs to see if
it's even there and it's not. How do I get it back?? I
love that tab!!
