Does anyone know why Ad-Aware SE opens when I set it to run as a scheduled
but doesn't actually run? I physically have to click Next - which sort of
defeats the object.

Many thanks

I think that the free version of AdAware is meant to
be run in an interactive mode.

You need to pass appropriate command line arguments to ad-aware in order
for it to do a scan. The first one to try is /full. See the ad-aware help
file for additional documentation.
