Windows XP Same Critical Update

Everytime I run Windows Updates the same critical update
keeps saying I need to install it. When I go under
installation history it says that it has been installed
sucessfully. I have ran it now probably 10 times, and it
still won't go away. It's been a couple of months, now I
just put that I don't want that update. But it's still
annoying, plus I don't get why it's doing this. Can
anyone help. The Update is 811493.
