Windows XP - Restrict User Software Install

Is it possible to restrice users from instaling any
software on an XP machine. They keep installing all sorts
of crud which eventually stufs the machine. I dont want
them to be able to install anything at all.

Make their user accounts are 'limited' and not 'administrator'. Limited
users generally can't install software.

if your going to let others use your machine then make a
guest account for them. it is even more retrictive than a
limited account. other than that get them their own
machine. xmas coming and alot of good deals out there.
