This pc was purchased from Wal-mart for a cheap deal.
They never gave us any CD's with this pc and my concern
is this. After having MANY people use it, it is to the
point where I need to wipe it out and reinstall windows.
I cannot do this without any discs tho right? Is there
any way I can get a CD sent to me or some other method of
doing this?

Thanks.

Not unless you can get disk out of wal-mart.

If they will not give you one, you will have to buy a full copy of windows
XP

carrie oems who do not provide a disk such as hp and
compaq in many cases, provide a partition on the hard
drive to restore to factory settings,p.s. i hope you did
not buy lindows and think it is windows?

consult the documentation that came with the system, and
contact the oem for support of your issue/concern they
should be able to provide with a disk/disks or with how
to restore to factory settings with the system save
partition

Greetings --

Contact the PC's manufacturer; Microsoft cannot provide any
support for OEM licensed installations.

No, this isn't correct. OEMs are required to provide some means
of reinstalling Windows. It doesn't have to be a CD, and can, for
example, be a hidden partition on the drive.

Carrie should contact Walmart for instructions on how to do this.
