Windows XP "Reloaded" explanation

I have read that Microsoft is considering releasing a new version of
Windows XP called XP "Reloaded." This would happen before Windows Longhorn
is released.

Question: is the difference between XP and XP "Reloaded" the same as
between Windows 98 and Windows 98 Second Edition? In other words, they are
two seperate operating system that require purchasing a CD-ROM if you want
to do the upgrade. It's not like a service pack that you can download.
Right?

That's its code name, or at least what the press has been calling
it. It's unlikely that it will be called that when released.

Windows Longhorn is released.

That's probably right, but there's been no offical announcement
about it. We'll all have to wait and see.

It's unlikely that it will be downloadable for free.
