If I have unread emails in one or other of my hotmail accounts, the Windows
XP Log-in screen displays a message, next to my account picture, telling me
that I have unread mail waiting; and when my mouse pointer hovers over the
message line, it shows which hotmail account the messages are in. How do I
turn this feature off so that it does not show me this message? (I am the
administrator on this computer).

...if you click enabled I believe this will prevent
Windows Messenger from running
