Windows XP Professional Multilingual MUI

I'm working with an international Bible College. We are considering a site
license for the multilingual options. I can see that the user interface can
be in different regional languages, BUT...

Question:
I want to know does the MUI option translate, for example a a text document
(microsoftword) into another language, e.g., form English to French?

It is not clear to me that this can happen... Please help

IIRC, the MUI only works for Windows.
Also it does not translate anything.
It is a method to change the language of Windows to one of the languages you
have installed.
