Please turn your Caps Lock off. It would depend on how XP was installed. If it was an upgrade from a previous version of Windows and you chose to keep those files, there should be an entry in Add/Remove Programs to uninstall XP. If it was a 'clean' install or installed on a new PC, then the only way to remove XP is to reformat your hard drive/partition.
