windows XP Pro x64 ramdrive

I want to create a ram drive on the above operating system. How do I do
that? I haven't seen any x64 drivers.

You should post to a x64 specific newsgroup such as:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.64bit.general
