Trying to connect a Windows XP Pro workstation to an
existing Windows 2003 Small Business Server, won't
connect...won't talk to it...checked all the
obvious...everything installed correctly....Help!!!!!

What's the "obvious"? What have you checked?
What errors do you get?
Are you trying this with admin credentials?
Are you getting an IP address via DHCP?
Can you ping the server by name and see the full DNS name
(server.domain.com) in reply?

All servers and workstations should specify *only* the internal
AD-integrated DNS server's IP address in their network settings. The
AD-integrated DNS server should be set up with forwarders to your ISP's DNS
servers for external resolution. See
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;300202 for more
info.
