Windows XP pro SP2 + MSI 945PL neoF

Hello,

Do you know if there are any known problems beetween Windows XP pro SP2 and
the motherboard 945PL neo F from MSI. I haven't any sound and network after
installing the latest drivers (Intel/Audio and lan) and after flashing the
AMIBIOS from 1.1V to 1.3V.
I suppose i must change any BIOS parameters because i try to install a
"live" Linux on my PC and i got the same problems. I checked of course that
"onboard AC97 sound " and "onboard lan" are enable.

My computer :
Motherboard MSI 945PL neo F
Intel 775 Pentium 920
1024 Mo DDR2 533
2 HD SATA II (80GB + 160GB)

1. After you flashed the BIOS did you also Clear CMOS
2. If #1 did not rectifiy the situation, contact the motherboard tech
support, since Linux doesn't work either, it's not an operating system
issue.

You did use hw manu drivers, and not winupdate drivers?
