no more sound and usb

Hi there i got a massive probleme on my pc:
The usb don't work anymore and the sound too??
if anyone could help me
i think i need to flash the bios but i don't know how to do it

* Seagate ST380817AS 80 GBytes SCSI ATA

*NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 128
*BIOS Version AMIINT - 10

Reinstall the drivers for the USB Hub and Sound Card (if you don't know how to do this then say so and I will reply with instructions).
OR
You can run System Restore to a time those components worked.
