windows xp pro, shutdown windows screen

I recently changed some settings, but I forgot where i did the changes..I
have noticed that when I click the start button to shut down windows, it is
now asking me if it was planned or not planned in a box...then I have to give
reasons for either a shutdown or re-start..

It is shutdown logging...I want to re-set this to the original settings..can
you help me please...Thanks in advance...

Yes, thank you very much, I had already found this on the Microsoft website,
I just had to use the correct terms for the search Shutdown event tracker was
the keyword.. Thanks for your time..
