Windows XP Pro - Fax messages could not be found.(7009, 2200003020

I have three blank messages in my Fax Console "Inbox". There is only the
file size showing. How can I delete these blank messages.

I read one post saying it may be done using windows explorer but I couldn't
figure out how to do it.

Any help would be appreciated.
