Windows XP Pro Auto-Loggin

i just upgraded from 2000 pro to xp pro, and i can't find
a way for the system to automatically loggin. every time i
start the machine, stops at that not-very-smart welcome
screen asking for a password, even when i'm not using any
(password field is set blank)
please, help

Click Start, Run and type "control userpasswords2", and click Ok.
Uncheck "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer"
option, and click Ok.
