Windows XP - Outlook 2003 Inbox - standard toolbar multiplies each time

Every time I click on my inbox, the standard toolbar multiplies 3
times. It is out of control. When I go unselect the toolbar, more
show up. Do I need to reinstall outlook 2003?

I did a detect and repair. I also completely uninstalled and
reinstalled MS Office Pro 2003. Still no change. Can anyone help?
