Windows XP on AMD 64bit System

I installed Office on the computer but when i go into outlook i get errored
out before I can do anything. The error is a general error.

The event log has these two entries:
1:
Faulting application rundll32.exe, version 5.1.2600.2180, faulting module
msmapi32.dll, version 11.0.6361.0, fault address 0x00021b6f.
2:
Fault bucket 171427089.

The other office applications work, but not outlook.

I get the above errors when going into "Mail" in Start/Control Panel and
clicking on E-mail Accounts.

When i try to start Outlook itself I get the following error in the event log.

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.6353.0, stamp 408f2937,
faulting module msmapi32.dll, version 11.0.6361.0, stamp 40da1177, debug? 0,
fault address 0x00021b6f.
