Windows XP OEM floppy setup does not continue

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help ;)

Ok; the initial six floppy setup with XP completed succesfully, where it
then rebotted the machine; after rebooting, it is as if the computer does not
see the new installation and gives the "BOOT DISK NOT FOUND" error....what
gives?

the installation was done on a new 80 gig hard drive, and I used the XP
setup to create the partitions and install the initital files from the XP CD
 
Run the floppies again but leave the XP CD in the drive.

Why are you not just installing from the CD totally? The
floppies are just a work-around for systems that cannot boot
from a CD drive.
