I need to have all the reasons for Windows XP network slowness and failure to
connect in one document. There seem to be many, many reasons and fixes, and I
need to have them all in one place so that I can troubleshoot a customer's
problem.

I've collected these fixes:
http://www.hevanet.com/peace/Windows_XP_Network_Problems.html

Are there any that are mistaken?

Can you provide me more or give me links to more?

Is there any newsgroup that is more appropriate than this one?

Thanks,
Michael Jennings

Try this:
http://www.practicallynetworked.com/

They've got a bunch of articles, how-to's, and a forum.

What is slow? establishing a connection or transfer speed?
What do you mean failure to connect in one document?

There are a lot of good people in these groups but if you want
assistance you have to describe the problem in detail.
