Windows XP Multi-Language Insanity

Lori Eby

Hello,

I am attempting to figure out how to install a multi-language version of
Windows XP Pro and Office XP Professional. I need to be able to switch
between English and Spanish for both the interface and input locales. I
have been trying to figure out if I have the correct products and if I can
do what I need to do with them. MS's site says something about there being
3 different types of Multi-Language scenarios, all of which are different
products. Based off of what I read, I need the MUI version in order to
switch between the languages in the operating system. Does that come with
the Multi-Language Windows XP Professional disk? If so, how do I deploy it?
Is there any resource that would assist me in figuring out how best to
deploy these products?

Has anyone deployed this themselves? Any tips and advice would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks,

Lori

Thanks Carey, unfortunately, this does not answer my question about whether
it comes with the multi-language CDs. I do have a volume license agreement
with these, does that make it come automatically with it? Can I switch
between languages without this?

Thanks

There is no MUI included with Windows XP. It can be purchased
through your volume licensing program.
