Windows XP Media Center to Windows Vista Business

If I install Windows Vista Business on my computer will my Media Center
transfer over from my Windows XP or will I lose Media Center completely?
 
You would lose Media Center. Home Premium and Ultimate Edtitions have
Media Center included.
