Windows XP Media Center Edition Does not show TV

hi.
i'ved install winxp mce, but the request for TV is only
analog or Svideo.
i'm using ATI ALL IN WONDER 9800SE, and connect my TV by
External Cable BOX with RCA (cocsial)
how can i make the program work with it?
