windows XP lost access to space account

[xaime]

I had to reinstall Windows XP because I had a problem and it was impossible
to login.

After reinstall, the all account user still remain in the hard disk, but If
I try to see this directory:

E:\Documents and Settings\xaime

I get the error: "Unable to access"

The user "xaime" was administrator, now I have the user "xaime2" as
administrator.

I have a lot of personal information on this directory, could someone help
me to recover this user or access to the content of this directory?
