Windows Xp logs me off after 10 minutes when idle,
watching a movie, or listening to music. It does NOT log
me off when I am constantly using my mouse and keyboard.

So how do I prevent windows from logging me off. This only
occured after SP2 was installed.

Note My screen saver is set to none (meaning i do not have
one)

My power settings is set to never turn off

And my security setting: force logoff is set to disable.

I have no clue what else it could be.

The same thing is happening to me. Before I prevented this by unchecking the
"use fast user switching" option found in Control Panel > User Accounts >
Change the way users log on or off. When this started happening again I
checked that option and it was checked on again. Unfortunately, unchecking it
didn't give me the same results as before. I haven't installed service pack 2
but have installed all other updates before and after. It is kind of annoying
because I have to login each time I come back to my computer when there isn't
anyone else usually around. On the welcome screen I do have another user but
that's only for my brother or someone else who seldom uses this machine. If
you find a solution to this problem please let me know.
