windows xp log on(cant turn off user accounts)

just wonrering how to get windows to ask for my password
to log on to windows at start up,used to know how to get
rid of it on windows 98 but not xp?i turned it on by
accident and now i cant turn it off!....
thank you!

you can also set autologon options using the Tweak UI powertoy
