Dear all,

I installed Windows XP in my P3 Computer. while the installation was
not complete it stoped display.
some people say to replace the main board and Processor. but im sure
Mainboard and Processor are not burned.

Any one knows Please Help.

It seems like the hard drive may be the culprit. Try replacing it and see if
that helps.

Regards,

Check for BIOS updates for the motherboard. Several P-III motherboards
required a BIOS update for XP compatibility. I have seen motherboards
that would not install XP, install XP after this type of updates.

Did you run the compatable test before you did the upgrade???
if so It would have told you if any hardware was not compatable, it's
possible for a video to burn out just at that time, but unlikely, more like
the video card is not compatable with XP, how old is the video card?
